Food aisles maintained in sanitary condition: Shelves clean, no spills observed on floor
Surface sanitizer spray bottled achieved 200 ppm QUATS with test strip.
Mop and cleaning supply room was clean and well organized. No standing water in mop bucket or sink
Food items stored off the ground in store front and back room
One package of Ensure meal replacement drinks noted expired June 2023. Staff to discard the product; product was removed from the shelf on sales floor. Other baby food, formula and adult meal replacements observed not expired by random check.
No bulging or dented or rusted / damaged cans observed on food shelves
Delivery bay doors appeared well sealed when closed to prevent potential entrance of pests.
No signs of pest activity during inspection.
Handsink in washroom available for staff use was supplied with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
