If the church wishes to serve food to the general public from this kitchen, they will need to apply for a temporary food permit and submit the application to their district EHO. Handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels There are 2 two compartment sinks in the center of the kitchen, both functioning with hot/cold running water Bleach sanitizer spray in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine residual Single domestic cooler/freezer unit High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.4 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required) Cooler was at 3.1 deg C Freezer was at -12deg C General sanitation excellent All foods are stored off the floor
