- Underneath and behind all equipment and storage areas.

Routine Inspection:
Note: facility not opened to the public at the time of inspection.

- Hand washing stations (front and at 3-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (walk-in and domestic) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers (3 chest and domestic) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding (rice and sauces) maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- Bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces and for manual warewashing.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available.
- Washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All food items are stored off the floor in the back storage area.
- Screen door for back exit has a secured mesh to prevent pest entry.
