Follow up inspection -Shelf stable items from underneath the sink were relocated. -Wiping cloths in buckets. Please ensure buckets are filled with sanitizer solution when clothes are stored in them. -Walk in cooler water leak repair still in progress. Temperature of walk-in cooler below 4 C. Please inform your Environmental Health Officer when leak has been repaired. -In the process of having all staff receive FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training.
