Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations **ensure that garbage cans are also available**
- 3 compartment sink is available with 200ppm quats; operator had knowledge regarding soaking dishware in sanitizer for 30 seconds
- 200ppm quats available in spray bottle for food contact surfaces
- Walk in cooler and preparation table cooler was 4C or lower
- Storage room was in good condition
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
