Door hands of coolers had food debris building up. 3. Mildew found on the ceiling of the walk in cooler 4. Round O Matic had dough still inside and through out the machine, only the reach able areas are wiped down. Corrective Action(s): 1. Must wash and sanitize all inserts to remove mildew and food debris, air dry before putting away. 2. Wash all door handles on coolers, freezers to removed build up. 3. Clean ceiling of the walk-in cooler 4. Find cleaning instructions for the Round O Matic in the Sanitation plan, or from head office and follow the proper procedures.
