303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Labelled bleach spray bottle did not achieve 200ppm at the time of inspection. Person in charge replaced the bottle and it was able to achieve the necessary concentration. Corrective Action(s): Ensure solution achieves necessary concentration before using to disinfect surfaces. Comments

Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection. Kitchen is rarely used for processing/cooking of food. Food is typically brought in from neighboring Sikh Temple "Gurdwara Sahib Dasmesh Darbar". -Handwash stations are all fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water -All coolers containing food are at or below 4C -Freezer units are at -18C -Hot holding was not in use at time of inspection -Low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm chlorine sanitation -Sanitizer in spray bottle, after correction, achieves 200ppm -Dry storage is good. Pest proof containers are used and everything is stored off the ground -No signs of pest activity. Pest traps are in use. No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed
