Domestic cooler: 2.0oC Domestic freezer: -11.2oC Domestic stand up freezer: -16.8oC Hot and cold running water available Liquid handsoap and paper towel are present at handwashing station Geneal sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pests at time of visit Domestic dishwasher is in place - ensure Sani cycle is used for each wash No bleach is found in facility to sanitize food contact surfaces - Lysol wipes are used temporarily. The correct ratio for bleach sanitizer is 1/2 teaspoon bleach/1L water. *No signature is required at this time.
