Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AWFSVN: Food covered with saran wrap in the walk in cooler. Chopsticks and ladles stored in ice water bath. Interior of freezers cleaned. Door leading to hallway kept closed at time of inspection. Pest control technician onsite for servicing on March 27, 2018. No pest activity noted. Servicing to increase to 2 times a month. No pest activity noted at time of inspection. Premise has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Operator to install a secure screen door for the back door leading to the parking lot. Air circulation is required for the common hallway.
