Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated December 02, 2021 there were 4 children, 2 staff and the manager present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Actions required by the licensee and actions required the LO included here.

The following education/recommendations were provided:
· Referring children who require extra support to REACH Developmental Center
· Amendment of licence to accommodate 19 more children in Room 2
· Accessing resources and sending those resources to the parents
· Change of manager forms to be emailed to licensing
