Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JTUG-CHNPGE of Aug-22-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Glasswasher was dispensing 0 ppm at the time of inspection. Operator noticed that a tube that supplies chlorine bleach to glasswasher was disconnected. Operator started repairing glasswasher. Correction: Repair the glasswasher immediately to ensure glasses are sanitized. Do not use glasswasher until it is repaired to dispense 50 to 100 ppm chlorine. In the meantime, use single use utensils and cups to serve customers. **Date to be corrected by: IMMEDIATELY**

Inspection Report: 257745 - Violation Code 302 re: glasswasher dispensing 0 ppm chlorine has been corrected. Glasswasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. NOTE: Monitor the concentration of chlorine for the glasswasher daily. IT must be between 50 to 100 ppm at all times. This was also noted in September 2021 inspection reports.
