Re-inspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food/ingredients are being stored in covered, food grade containers. Effort is to be made to keep all items stored off of floors. Opened food items being stored in original metal containers is NOT permitted.
- Manual Dishwashing: 4 Step Method. All food contact surfaces/implements are to be washed and disinfected after use. Items are to be stored protected from post contamination.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times.
