- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- Lysol sprays are currently being used to clean & sanitize surfaces in the kitchen. Ensure to rinse all food-contact surfaces after cleaning with the Lysol chemicals
* Recommend use of regular, unscented bleach & water solution to sanitize food contact surfaces, as this product does not require rinsing after use
* Mix 5mL of chlorine bleach to 1 Litre of water to make a sanitizer solution
