Sani-bucket with bleach concentration too strong. Measured above 200 ppm. Make sure to label the bucket with the correct ratio of bleach to water for concentration of 100 to 200 ppm (remember 1/2 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre of water). Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers at -18 C. Dishwasher 74 C at plate. OK.
