Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Food is covered and stored off the floor. Prepared items are dated.
- Walk in freezer at -17 degrees C
- No hot holding
- Thermometers available for cold holding units.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Staff observed to be using proper hand washing and glove use. Staff wear clean attire and hair is secured.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm in labeled buckets and at 3-compartment sink. Built-in drain stoppers in place at 3-compartment sink. Hot and cold running water and detergent available for manual ware washing.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)
- Equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition
- Handles of tongs and scoops are stored outside of food product
- Once opened, contents of bagged dry food products are stored in appropriate containers with lids
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
- Facility is in excellent sanitary condition.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
- Daily temperature and sanitation logs are well maintained and up to date
- Permit posted at front.
