Routine inspection: Water is treated by reverse osmosis and 20, 5 and 1 micron filtration. Reservoir cleaned several times a year and filters are replaced 2-3 times a year. Hand sink in back area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ice machine still not in use. When bagged is ice purchased will be stored in freezer at front. New caps provided to customers. Bottle washer rinse water temperature 72 degrees C. Bleach available for sanitizing tips of filling faucets.
