Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): OBSERVATIONS
1.) Raw meat stored on top of ready-to-eat (RTE) Food such as pickled carrots and radish.
2.) Sauces like fish sauce in containers were stored on the ground.
Corrective Action(s):
1.) Store all raw meats at the bottom shelf of the cooler at all times.
2.) Ensure to store all food items including condiments above the ground at least 6 inches (15 cm), which will help you clean surface and monitor pests.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Frozen pho broth (-1 degrees C) was being thawed at room temperature. Operator stated that they have brought out the broth around 12 noon.
Corrective Action(s): Thaw frozen food items in the refrigerator. Broth was moved into the 2-door cooler.

Observation:
Hot water faucet was leaking whenever it's turned on. Operator initially closed the hot water valve and aware about the leaking faucet.

Repair the faucet.

> Handsinks near the 2x2 door-coolers, beside the dishwasher, and staff and customer washrooms were fully equipped with running hot and cold water, liquid hand-soap, and paper towels.
> Sanitizer buckets with chlorine solution measured 200 ppm.
> High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72.1 degrees C on the plate surface.
> In use utensils were being cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours as per operator.
