Observation: Various ceiling tiles and lighting fixtures show build-up of debris and dust in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize ceiling tiles to remove the build-up of debris and dust. The build-up of residue on the ceiling may lead to potential contamination of food.

Routine inspection conducted.

-All functioning coolers are at 4C. *Display cooler is currently turned off due to malfunction. Technician has been called and is scheduled for later in the day. Ensure no perishable foods are stored for longer than 2 hours.*
-All freezer units are functioning properly
-Food items are covered
-High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
-QUATs spray bottles are labelled and achieve 200ppm. *QUATs test strips should be purchased to test concentration of sanitizer*
-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.
-Dry storage is satisfactory. Pest proof containers are being used.
-Pest traps are placed. Ensure there is frequent cleaning of any droppings found.
