Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing had not observed the name of manager, as identified as the manager posted in a prominent place.

Observation: Licensing reviewed 5 employee files and found the following items were not obtained by the licensee:
-1 employee's criminal record check.
-1 employee's immunization status.
-1 employee's resume.
-3 employee's references did not have record of having been checked.
Corrective Action(s): Licensee will create a plan to ensure all records are current as required, and will provide a written response with corrective actions taken on or before April 24, 2024
