Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 pot of curry cooked from previous night were not properly cooled. Food products were stored in the walk-in cooler and internal temperature were at 9C. Food products were discarded. Ensure food products are cooled in shallow containers and should not be fully covered so that heat can escaped.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated hand washing station in the kitchen was not equipped with soap. Staff members were using the 2 compartment prep sink as a hand washing station. Soap dispenser at the 2 compartment sink was equipped with soap. Ensure all hand washing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

Comments

Follow up inspection conducted.
- rice scoop now stored in container of ice.
- Chlorine sanitizer available. However, concentration was too strong. Ensure to only dilute 25ml of bleach with 4 L of water.
- hand washing station in the kitchen area was not obstructed.
- Bar area has been cleaned up. No fruit flies noted. No accumulation of drink bottles was noted.
- Light in the walk-in cooler has been repaired.
