Observation: Observed bait being used in the kitchen for rodent infestation. Bait in the box can be transferred to the rodent's body which can transfer it to the food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Remove bait box from kitchen and utilize only methods that do not pose a risk to food or food contact surfaces. Due: before next kitchen rental/use.

Observation: Observed several rat droppings throughout kitchen including some on counter top. Also observed glue boards and a bate box in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up rodent droppings and sanitize all food contact surfaces. Due before the next time the kitchen is booked for use.
