Follow-up inspection:
- Sanitizing spray bottles measured with 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
- Discussed with the operator regarding butter cream. Butter cream is a potentially hazardous food that must be stored at 4C or less when not in use. Unless operator can provide lab test result stating it is a non-potentially hazardous food.
- Update the food safety plan on butter cream and send the updated plan to Environmental Health Officer for review.
- No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
