Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JGUU-CDDSG5 of Apr-11-2022
Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: High temperature dishwasher is not operational. Manual dishwashing was not set up at the time of visit. Observed cleaned food contact surfaces (plates, cups, utensils) stored on top of a water absorbing mat. Operator prepared manual dishwashing (3 compartment sink method) at this time and rewash and sanitized aforementioned food contact surfaces.
Correction:

Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JGUU-CDDSG5 of Apr-11-2022
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand washing sink was not working at this time. Observed staffs using 3 compartment sink for washing hands. New hand washing sink available on site. Operator was planning to replace the old hand washing sink today.
Correction: Hand washing sink to be replaced. It must be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Correct this by: April 12, 2022.

Follow up inspection to the report # JGUU-CDDSG5 conducted:
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 72.5C at the plate level.
Brand new hand washing station installed. Fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per a test strip.
The operator acquired a metal dish drying rack for 3 compartment sink.
