Follow-up Inspection:

-The venthood was in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection. Please clean the filters (at least every two weeks) to maintain them in a clean condition.
-The exterior of the ice machine was cleaned and some unclean plastic paper was removed. Note: A bit of plastic still needs to be removed from the ice machine to enable the surface underneath it to be effectively washed and sanitized.
