- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available - Temperature log has been in use - The gap between the doors (back door) has been covered with a plastic material; however, this can be only a temporary fix. The gap shall be sealed with more durable material (rubber that is tight fitting). - The lower level of the shelf in the kitchen is lined with smooth and non-absorbent material. - The bottom of the wall in the dishwasher area has been sealed.
