- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Handwash sink supplied with liquid soap and single use paper towels; hot/cold running water.
- All coolers at 4 C or lower.
- Walk-in freezer at -18 C.
- Small chest freezer - satisfactory.
- Hot holding unit (pizza) at 60 C.
- Food storage - organized/dry food stored in pests resistant containers with lids.
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottle is available and at 100 ppm of residual of chlorine.
-Three compartment sink used for manual warewashing & satisfactory.
Note: Dishwasher is not used.
Staff washroom - satisfactory and fully supplied.
Note: Small prep.cooler at 8.8 C. The operator on site claimed that it is not in use.
