Note: The kitchen is used about once per week for members of the Church for the congregation.

- All handsinks supplied with liquid hand soap, hot and cold running water, and single use paper towels.
Note:High temperature dishwasher was turned off at the time of inspection. Please ensure that final rinse at 71 degrees C or hotter at the plate.
- Bleach sanitizer was available on site.
- Upright cooler was at 3.1 degrees C (4 degrees C / 40 degrees F) or less.
- Refrigerator -cooler was at 2 degrees C (4 degrees C or less); freezer at -18 degrees C.
- Upright and chest freezers were -18 degrees C / 0 degrees F or less.
- Two under- counter coolers at -18 degrees or less.
- Thermometers for cold units - available.
- No signs of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection.
- Dry storage area was clean and organized.
