Tested out bleach solution in spray bottle. Measured less than 100 ppm. Discussed with staff and last changed longer than 1 week. Recommended change solution every three days or so. Retested and measured at 100 ppm. Cooling units less than 4 C freezer at -18 C Dishwasher at 75 C. Handwash stations well stocked. Make sure to use ice bath and change water often when cooling liquid foods in sink.
