Routine inspection
- Handsink equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and single use hand towel
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- QUATS surface sanitizer available onsite, measured to be at 200ppm
- All standing coolers measured to be at 4C or less
- Chest freezer measured to be at -18C or less
- Hot holding unit for hot dogs measured to be 60C or higher
- Condiments for the hot dogs stored in the standing cooler when not in use. Spoons for the condiments are washed regularly.
- Food grade ice stored in box coolers. Box coolers observed to be in sanitary condition
- No pest activity detected during inspection.
- Permit available onsite

Note:
- Keep backdoor closed when not in use to deter the entry of pests
- Please replace the battery or fix the automatic soap dispenser as not dispensing soap properly
