A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 4C; freezer was -19C; thermometers present.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 78.9C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 100ppm.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order.
- Ensure dishwashing soap bottle is checked on a regular basis to ensure it is full.
- All in order.
