Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed incorrert chemical solution in the Kay SolidSense Sanitizer spray bottle at the front of the restaurant (The red colour-coded spray bottle for the Solidsense sanitizer was filled with the blue multisurface cleaner).
Corrective Action(s): Please re-educate staff on the correct usage of the different chemical solutions in the restaurant (ie. sanitizer, multisurface cleaner, degreaser, etc.). In addition, ensure that staff are only filling the spray bottles with the solutions listed on the labels.
FYI: The Hydrion QT-10 test strips (orange colour) are to be used to confirm concentration of the red SolidSense sanitizer solution. The Chlorine test strips (white-->purple colour) are for confirming the chemical concentration in the wiping rag bucket.
