Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Undercounter reach in cooler was measured at 7C -8C internal food temperature (tandoori chicken and ranch dressing)

- Cooler unit adjusted to 3C. Check the temperature and ensure that temperature of the food items is maintained at less than 4C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station in the kitchen was out of liquid soap and was missing paper towel. Hot water faucet is broken and hot water is not available
- Handsink in the washroom was missing paper towel. The paper towel dispenser or holder is missing
Corrective Action(s): Restock liquid soap and paper towel at all handsinks and ensure that handsinks are adequately stocked and available for handwashing at all times. Fix the hot water faucet immediately. Meanwhile use the sink and faucet at three compartment sink to wash hands
- Install a paper towel dispenser in the washroom

- Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Walk-in cooler, prep cooler and cooler at front are measured at less than 4C
- Upright storage freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle and in sanitizer compartment sink of three compartment sink is measured at 200ppm quats sanitizer solution
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
