Follow up inspection to report #230365
-Tempura is monitored and air cooled on counter for 10 minutes then covered and placed in prep cooler
-No signs of mouse activity during inspection - mouse droppings have been clean up behind chest freezer unit.
-Pest control on-site monthly - pest control reports reviewed - no concerns noted
-All cardboard boxes used to store/hold clean dishes have been replaced with plastic re-usable containers
-Sanitizer bucket being re-filled at the beginning of inspection and noted at 100 ppm chlorine
*Ensure sanitizer bucket is re-filled every 4 hours or when solution become dirty.
-Hot holding units noted at or above 60 C with lids.
-General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
