Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Food equipment stored on wire rack is in close proximity to mop sink.
- Scoops stored in dry food containers with handles in contact with food.
Corrective Action(s): Wire rack was moved to the left and away from the mop sink to avoid potential splashing onto clean equipment and utensils. Ensure food equipment and utensils are stored away from this area or provide a suitable splash guard to minimize the potential for contamination.
Scoops removed (to be washed and sanitized as food debris is encrusted on them). Ensure scoops are stored in a manner that limits potential contamination of food.

Observation: What appeared to be potential small rodent droppings were observed within the cabinet below the washroom hand sink. Note: No food or food equipment/utensil storage in this area. No signs of other pest activity observed.
