Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw bean sprouts were found stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Raw bean sprouts stored in the servery must be kept at 4 degrees Celsius or less. Operator uses ice to keep the bean sprouts cold and discussed with operator to ensure ice is replenished as soon as it has al melted.Operator corrected at time of inspection.

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Organization of storage areas (except as noted above) is satisfactory.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Discussed with operator that hand sinks shall not be blocked or obstruct access to it to allow for handwashing.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had chlorine concentratino of 200ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher had a chlorine concentration of at least 100ppm after the final rinse cylcle.
No signs of pests.
