Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff's juice bottle was stored in an ice machine. Ice directly touching the bottle. Operator unintentionally flipped ice over and over to look for an ice scoop. Ice discarded at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bowl of bean sprout and a bowl of basil leafs stored in ambient water temperature (22-23C) for more than 2 hours. Bean sprout and basil discarded at this time.
