Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations
- 3 compartment sink available with 200ppm Quats
- 200pm Quats available in spray bottles for food contact surfaces
- Walk in cooler, preparation cooler, upright cooler were 4C or lower
- Freezer was -8 C during inspection *Monitor temperature to ensure it can reach -18C or lower
- Temperature logs were available - ensure to keep them updated
- Chicken hot holding was 60C or above
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate - Ensure to routinely clean walk in cooler
