Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -18'C
- All preparation coolers at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained electronically - good!
- *Reminder: ensure designated staff are checking temperatures and are washing their hands before and after touching the tablet to prevent cross-contamination
- General sanitation of premise is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are observed unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer bottles (X4) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.4'C at plate surface (at minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method observed (food containers are time-stamped)
- Raw meat observed stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Equipment is observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms, gloves and hairnets
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- Operating permit visible in a conspicuous location on site
