Comments

Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers in the kitchen were < 4 C. The storage room cooler had an ambient temperature of 6 C. Ensure that it is adjusted so that it can maintain a temperature of 1-4 C. The storage room freezer was at < -18 C. Two hour time tracking in use for the pearls. Bleach sanitizer at the spray bottle and 3-compartment sink was tested at 100 ppm. Test strips available. No evidence of pests. Staff were FoodSafe Level 1 certified. Ice machines are cleaned regularly. General sanitation was satisfactory.
