- Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on May 30, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CSBSQY). - Operators were onsite at time of inspection. Both operators have FoodSafe. - Additional staff have registered for FoodSafe - to be completed within 1 month of registration date. Please email copies of certificates to the health inspector once available. - All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. - Sink + Surface sanitizer pails were set-up (with sanitizer solution readily available for use). - Ventilation canopy filters have been cleaned. - Mop sink is no longer leaking.
