Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in unlabelled bottle measured at 0 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip. Staff prepared fresh bleach sanitizer which measured at 200 ppm chlorine with test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare fresh sanitizer at a concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration by mixing 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water. Obtain chlorine test strips to adequately verify sanitizer strength daily or as per approved plans. Ensure sanitizer is stored in labelled bottles to prevent chemical contamination of food.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 2'C
- Preparation cooler (top and bottom) at 5'C
- No hot-holding during inspection
*Reminder: ensure to keep the top insert cover in place on closed to prevent temperature increase
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Deli slicer and ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location
