Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer connected to dishwasher at the time of the inspection. An extra container of detergent was connected rather than sanitizer and manual dish detergent was connected to rinse aid tube causing significant foaming in machine. No sanitizer present on-site for dishwasher (bleach present for manual sanitizing)
Corrective Action(s): Operator must ensure there are always sufficient and correct chemicals in place to ensure dishes are effectively washed and sanitized. Chlorine sanitizer (bleach) was connected to the dishwasher at the time of the inspection and 50 ppm chlorine was detected in rinse however due to the foam content, machine needs to flushed prior to use. Operator to obtain correct chlorine sanitizer. Correction date: Dec. 9/17

-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory.
-Liquid soap and paper towel present for handwashing in shisha prep area and in staff/public washrooms
-Bleach present for sanitizing counter tops.
-High temperature dishwasher present. Rinse cycle was
-Cooler was at 2C. Only non-perishable drinks present in cooler.
-Packaged, single use mouth pieces present.
-Flooring in seating/customer area was replaced since previous inspection. Finish is smooth and washable (laminate)
-Operator reported counter by sink is going to be replaced and wooden unit over garbage can. Surfaces must be smooth, washable and non-absorbent. Unsealed wood is not acceptable.
