Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature chlorine dishwasher reached 50ppm at plate surface; 2 compartment sink available as well
- 200ppm chlorine available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Walk-in and other coolers were 4C or lower
- Coco Cola cooler used as storage
- Hot holding units were not in use during inspection
- Meat slicer was in good condition
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was satisfactory
