Observation: Cupboard door by entrance to dining room are not in good condition and cannot be properly cleaned. There is some food debris on the floor in the dry food storage room. Downstairs coolers - doors and door handles are not clean.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor of dry food storage area, clean fridge doors and door handles, clean ktichen floor. The cupboard doors are to be smooth, impervious to moisture and easy-to-clean. These have been repaired previously and may need to be replaced if they cannot be repaired.

Other receipts available for meat, poultry, etc.
Coolers are all at 4 C or colder. Keep temperature records up to date.
Hot meat sauce - is being cooked to 74 C. Ground beef is pre-cooked before adding other ingredients.
Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse ->71 C measured inside of the machine and >180 F/ 82 C shown on the gauge. - good.
Chlorine spray bottle labelled and sanitizer level is satisfactory.
