Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-D2WRVG.

All violations noted in report#JCHY-D2WRVG have been corrected:
-Bar paper towel dispenser observed to be installed.
-Rodent droppings observed to be under control underneath the bar area and dry storage area.
-Underneath the cookline is satisfactory.

HAndwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

NOTE: Staff states that underneath cookline is sweep and mopped every 2 days. Along the walk-through is sweep and mopped daily. Staff should sweep and mopped underneath cookline equipment to prevent excess grease and/or food build-up.
