Staff said that they wash the equipments and utensils at the handwashing sink at the coffee/self-service area. Corrective Action(s): -Instructed staff to remove all products out of the two compartment sink. -Handwashing sinks are for handwashing only. -Wash all equipment and utensils at the two compartment sink where wash, rinse, and sanitize can be done properly.
