Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AWZVPP. High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C). Temperature gauges show minimum temperatures have been achieved at the manifold. Dishwasher temperature logs are continuing to be maintained.
