Deli renovation pending. Renovation will affect part of the meat/seafood department. Display cooler for seafood products already relocated more in retail area. Display cooler at or below 4 degrees C.

Seafood department:
Bunker type freezers for seafood products at or below -18 degrees C.
3 compartment sink available for use with 200ppm quats being dispensed from the chemical dispensing system.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk in cooler for seafood products at 2 degrees C.

Meat department:
