Follow-up inspection:
-no water noted underneath dishwasher
-chemical spray bottles stored in kitchen handsink again, however there is a two compartment sink right beside the sink that is used for handwashing, dishwashing all done in the back dishwashing room
-ice scoops now cleaned between use as discussed during last inspection and stored in clean container
-front handsink paper towel dispenser not in use but paper towel roll available beside it - if this unit is not used, remove it from the wall and obtain holder/dispenser for paper towel rolls that you do have, otherwise ensure that the dispenser is always full
