Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CCJTDS: - Deep cleaning done. - Door sweeps installed at all doors (front, back, side). - Additional baits installed throughout the kitchen by professional pest control company. - Pest control inspection conducted weekly. Keep records on site for review by the health inspector. - Most dry foods (ie rice) stored in large bins with lids. - Upper storage area cleaned, better organized. Report not signed due to COVID-19.
